Enterprise pages usually list what a host wants you to believe. This one lists what we cannot do, because finding out on the call wastes your afternoon and finding out later wastes considerably more.
- We are a small team in one region. If your business needs follow-the-sun cover or a presence in Europe and the Americas, a larger host is the right answer and we will say so on the call.
- There is no automatic failover between machines today. Recovery is a rebuild from last night’s backups onto another machine, which takes time measured in hours, not seconds.
- We do not run a phone line. An agreed response time on tickets is something we can commit to; a number that rings at three in the morning is not.
- We have no published case studies yet. We would rather you spoke to us about what we actually run than read a page of logos.

What Gets Asked On The First Call
What does it cost?
From USD 1,900 a month for a three-machine estate with its own database capacity, and up from there with the size of the estate. Monthly or annual, with no setup fee. Across the market, multi-machine single-tenant WordPress estates run from roughly USD 1,800 to USD 2,600 a month, so this is deliberately at the bottom of that band.
Why is there no checkout button?
Because at this size the sensible order is a conversation, a look at what you actually run, and a written agreement. Anything that can be bought in ninety seconds has been designed for someone else.
What service level will you agree to?
We will put availability and a response time in writing, with a credit attached, and we will set them at numbers we can actually hold rather than the ones the industry advertises. Worth knowing: most hosts market a higher availability figure than their contract commits to, and several explicitly disclaim the response times on their own marketing pages. We would rather commit to less and mean it.
Is this the same platform as the shared plans?
Yes, and that is the point. The same provisioning, backups, staging and isolation that run the smallest plan run the largest estate. You are buying dedicated capacity, agreed terms and attention, not different software.
Can we start smaller and grow into it?
Usually the right move. Run a few sites on a shared plan, see how we actually behave when something goes wrong, then talk about an estate. Nothing has to be rebuilt when you move up.
Do you sign a data processing agreement?
Yes. Singapore data residency is straightforward here because that is the only region we run in. Bring your paperwork to the first conversation.
